Hayward Dong is our founder and your go-to insurance expert, with over 15 years of industry experience and more than 20 years in sales. Hayward built our agency on the belief that every family deserves the peace of mind that comes with knowing their home, their car, and the people they love are protected. He understands that insurance isn't something you think about every day, but when you need it, nothing matters more. That commitment to being there for his clients is what drives him and what makes our agency so special.

When he's not helping families protect what matters most, Hayward is a proud dad of two teenagers and four fur babies who run the house. A lifelong California kid at heart, he bleeds Lakers purple and gold, lives and dies with every Dodgers game, and will never turn down a trip to Disneyland. He's traveled the globe feeding his passion for adventure, and has a serious soft spot for imported cars, especially the Japanese classics that never go out of style.
